1. Overview
   Thank you for shopping at Amodo Systems Private Limted. We strive to provide high-quality vending machines / products and excellent customer service. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
2. Eligibility for Refunds or Returns

• You may request a refund or return within [ 0 days ]of the delivery date.
• The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (unless it was defective on receipt).
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice).
• Certain items (e.g., custom-made or non-stock items) may not be eligible for return; we will clearly mention such items at the time of purchase.

3. Refund Process

• To initiate a refund, please contact us at [admin@evovending.in]with your order number and reason for return.
• We will inspect the returned item and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If approved, we will process your refund within [ X business days ]via the original payment method (or an alternate method, if mutually agreed).
• Shipping costs are not refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

4. Return Shipping

• You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item (unless it is our mistake).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, because we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

• If the item you received is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately(within [ 5 days ]) with photos/description of the issue.
• We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund, based on availability and agreement.

6. Cancellation Policy ,No Cancellation, No refund

• If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us immediately.
• If the order is cancelled before shipping, we will refund the full amount (excluding any non-refundable shipping/preparation costs).
• If the order has already shipped, the standard return policy applies once you receive the item.

   If you disagree with our refund decision, please contact us, and we will review your case. For unresolved disputes, we may follow a mutually agreed escalation or mediation process.
